Position: FedEx Business Coordinator (Private Contractor)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Oversight:
o Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the FedEx service for assigned areas.
o Coordinate and optimize delivery routes to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
o Monitor and track performance metrics such as delivery speed, package accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
2. Driver & Team Management:
o Hire, train, and supervise delivery drivers, ensuring compliance with FedEx standards and safety regulations.
o Assign routes, manage schedules, and ensure timely deliveries.
o Monitor driver performance and provide feedback for improvement, ensuring customer service standards are met.
3. Customer Service:
o Act as the point of contact for customer concerns and issues, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution.
o Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and effective manner.
4. Safety & Compliance:
o Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including driver safety standards and vehicle maintenance.
o Perform regular vehicle inspections and manage maintenance schedules.
o Enforce adherence to FedEx's operational policies and government regulations, such as the Department of Transportation (DOT) rules.
5. Business Administration:
o Maintain accurate records of deliveries, fuel usage, maintenance logs, and employee hours.
o Handle financial aspects of the operation, including managing operational costs and invoicing for services.
o Collaborate with FedEx management to address operational issues and implement process improvements.
6. Reporting & Communication:
o Submit daily/weekly reports to FedEx management on the status of operations, including performance data and areas for improvement.
o Maintain clear and effective communication with FedEx corporate teams, customers, and authorized officer (AO).

Qualifications:
- Experience:
o Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or delivery management is preferred.
o Experience in managing a team or fleet of vehicles is highly desirable.
o Ability to coordinate large operations and manage multiple drivers and routes.
- Skills:
o Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
o Proficient with route planning software, logistics tools, and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
o Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

o Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
