GMR is currently hiring a Program Supervisor to join the team! Under the direction of the Field Manager, the Program Supervisor develops a working knowledge of Amazon’s logistical needs to successfully achieve the clients’ objectives to wrap their vehicles with updated branding and graphics.
Representing GMR and Amazon, the Program Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Field Manager in logistical and administrative needs for approximately 6 Site Supervisors and ensuring the activation is executed as planned. The Program Supervisor will assist in program related materials such as scheduling, creating an installation environment, and assist in driving sprinter/ step vans to be wrapped.
This is a temporary position that requires full and open availability to work overnight and on weekends.
YOUR IMPACT //
· Identify and collaborate with Field Manager to ensure activation and team is operating cohesively
· Assist Field Manager with scheduling and confirming Site Supervisors for each shift
· Act as primary point of contact for Field Managers and Site Supervisors
· Manage on-site communication with graphic installers, vendors, and Amazon through Amazon Chime app
· Accurately maintain completion reports of program activity to update Field Managers and Chime app at the end of each shift
· Manage and oversee environment to which vehicles are getting wrapped
· Provide leadership experience and insight to ensure a positive team experience

WHAT YOU NEED //
· Must be 18 years of age or older
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Reliable transportation to get to and from site
· Valid Driver’s License
· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
· Proficiency in Microsoft Programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
· Required to work nights and weekends and must be flexible in work schedule
· Must be willing to complete Motor Vehicle Report and drug screen upon hire
