Minimum Requirements:
- At least 22 years of age.
- A minimum of 2 years of driving experience with a valid Nevada driver’s license.
- 10-year clean driving record.
- Comfortable operating large vans for 8 hours or more.
- Preferred experience working with a diverse patient population.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and overnights.
- CPR certification (or the ability to obtain it within 30 days).
- Successful completion of DOT drug and physical exams, and background checks.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 125 pounds.
Duties:
- Safe and professional patient transport between homes and medical facilities.
- Efficient use of map software for navigation.
- Communication with dispatch for instructions and updates.
- Adherence to safety protocols and maintenance checks for vehicle readiness.
- Ability to work well independently and within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in non-emergency patient transport.
- 2 years in a customer service role.
- Bilingual abilities are a strong plus.
