Account Specialist
GMTCare New Mexico is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Account Specialist The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our non-emergent medical transportation services. The Account Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and proactively managing client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Proactively identify and engage with potential clients, including hospitals, Long Term Acute Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Hospice and other healthcare providers.
- Present GMTCare services, emphasizing their value and benefits.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution.
Communication:
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide information about services, schedules, and any changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Work collaboratively with operations and other teams to ensure effective resolution of issues.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Monitor and assess client satisfaction through surveys, feedback, and regular communication.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Service Coordination:
- Coordinate transportation services based on client needs and schedules.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of service details to clients and internal teams.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Generate regular reports on client interactions, feedback, and satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in health industry sales, client relations, customer service, marketing or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
