Sales Territory Account Manager Job Summary:

Working as an Account Manager, you will be responsible for COLD-CALLING to generating new business, account penetration, and account growth across all product lines within a designated CRM.


Sales Territory Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business within an assigned account base of 250 Accounts.
  • Sell loose diamonds and finished goods to Independent Retail Stores.
  • Plan and manage assigned accounts to maximize potential
  • Obtain and exceed desired results in account growth, market penetration and revenue targets
  • Build and foster meaningful business relationships, and internal partnerships, with retailers helping them focus on closing percentage to grow business
  • Ensure high quality customer satisfaction and retention
  • Incorporate all applicable sales stimulation strategies, sales programs, and other targeting contacts, cold calling, prospecting, networking, and market knowledge
  • Engage with confidence our added value and know how to use our sales process that comes with every diamond to help the retailer close more diamond sales to the end consumer.

  • Sales Territory Account Manager Qualifications:

    • Ability to develop business relationships through outbound calls with clients and decision-makers
    • Making anywhere from 80-100 cold calls per day
    • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
    • Negotiating and closing skills
    • Must be flexible of roles and responsibilities on the Account Management Team
    • Pass interview/assessment qualifications
    • Valid Driver’s License
    • Ability to drive sales and engage with clients through cold calling
    • Must be able to pass a back-ground check credit check and drug screen

    Salary: $50,000-$60,000 Depending on work history and experience

    Required experience: Cold-Calling, account management, inside sales or sales experience preferred.
