What are the responsibilities and job description for the DIRECTOR of SALES for Helicopter / Rotorcraft MRO position at GNR - Global Network Recruiting?
We have been retained by this MRO (maintenance, repair & overhaul) organization experiencing rapid growth and is in need of a DIRECTOR of SALES for their HELICOPTER / ROTORCRAFT division.
We need a " HUNTER" with a proven track record in business development / sales for Helicopter MRO needs : replacement / repair parts, engines, components, structures, avionics, interiors, upgrades etc...
- You would report directly to the CEO, manage 3 direct reports & grow the sales team out.
- Responsible for FULL LIFE CYCLE SALES REQUIREMENTS : identify new customer opportunities & expand existing portfolio, RFP / RFQ’s, contract negotiations, capture new business, through delivery!
- Minimum of 5 years of MRO Sales / Business Development experience specifically for HELICOPTER / ROTORCRAFT req's
- Strong leadership traits to mentor and develop a solid team to deliver competitive proposals and engage with customers.
- Extensive Travel to customers as needed
- US Citizenship / Perm Resident required
