As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to design user-centered digital experiences that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. You will be responsible for researching, prototyping, and designing interfaces that meet the needs of our users while delivering engaging and seamless experiences.

Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design concepts.
Develop and maintain a consistent design system across multiple platforms.
Work with front-end developers to ensure the implementation of UI designs.
Analyze user feedback and behavior to continuously improve the user experience.
Create high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Participate in design reviews and give constructive feedback to improve team output.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
8 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile app design projects.
Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts clearly.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
Experience with animation and micro-interaction design.
Familiarity with agile development processes.
Ability to work with developers to ensure the proper implementation of designs.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
