What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Operator position at GNS North America, Inc.?
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at GNS North America, Inc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating mobile equipment, such as forklifts, vertical lifts and cranes, detecting faulty operations and defective material, and reporting these issues to proper supervision.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems and experience with ABB robotic equipment and automated production systems. They will also be proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and have excellent communication skills.
In addition to performing operational tasks, the selected individual will be responsible for maintaining, dismantling, repairing and replacing mechanical and hydraulic components on industrial machinery, making repairs to ABB robotic equipment, and maintaining service records of robotic equipment and automated production systems.
