HR Generalist
Location: Webberville, MI, 48892
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Webberville, MI. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR Generalist duties and possess strong HRIS and computer experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Assist in the administration of benefits and payroll
- Maintain HRIS system and ensure data accuracy for department records
- Assist in creating training and development programs for employees
- Time system and door access system administration
- Generate reports for company KPIs
- Other HR duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-4 years in the HR field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
- Strong HRIS experience (Paycor preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
