Go Ape USA, an industry-leading high ropes and zip line operator, is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Guest Experience Coordinator role to establish and maintain a high level of guest service for customers by having in-depth knowledge of course operations and communicating effectively with customers, the guest service team, and other departments.
What does a Guest Experience Coordinator do?
- Resolve guest issues as they relate to bookings by providing timely and accurate information.
- Respond to inquiries related to group bookings and coordinate with guests, sites, and sales teams to make reservations.
- Record and track data related to group bookings, guest inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Support sites as a point of contact for guest issues during site operational hours.
- Communicate with sales, marketing, and sites to arrange special booking events.
- Maintain all communications through the company CRM, Booking Tools, and Ticketing System.
- Monitor and respond to guest posts on social media and review sites (TripAdvisor, Yelp, Google).
- Provide cross-departmental support as necessary.
- Respond to and track donation requests.
- Be a brand ambassador for Go Ape and perform all job duties in accordance with the mission and values of the organization.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
Requirements
What’s it take to be a Sales and Customer Service Representative at Go Ape?
- Demonstrated experience in customer service.
- Basic Computer Skills (Excel, Word, etc.), but intermediate skill level with Microsoft Suite is preferred.
- While not required, prior experience with payment processing systems, booking systems, CRM tools, or ticketing systems is a serious high-five.
- Further consideration is given to any prior Go Ape experience, as the understanding of Go Ape's operations is crucial for this position.
Status: Part-Time, Seasonal, Potential for full-time based upon candidate
Pay Rate: Starting at $15.00/hr
Schedule: Weekend Availability required, flexible scheduling
Hours: 16-30 hours per week based open departmental needs
