Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with inquiries or concerns.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date guest records.
- Coordinate appointments and schedules for guests and staff.
- Provide clerical support, including filing, typing, and managing office supplies.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
- Assist with office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Strong front desk experience with excellent phone etiquette.
- Effective data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing guest interactions.
- Solid clerical skills with the ability to type efficiently.
