Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with schools, communities, and Health Care professionals in identifying new business opportunities and driving growth in new markets.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in the ABA or mental health field, along with skills in sales, project management, and customer relations, with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential collaborations through research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while actively seeking new business partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and customer needs.
- Ensure presentations and proposals for potential providers highlight our software solutions and services.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful execution of business initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the ABA industry.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a record of closing deals successfully.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, or similar CRM systems is preferred.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
