We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their shopping needs. Your primary focus will be on creating a positive shopping experience, driving sales through effective communication, and maintaining the store's visual standards.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing, discounts, and promotions.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register and handle cash responsibly.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, providing information as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance overall customer experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is required.
