Go Rentals is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to plan, optimize, and execute marketing campaigns. This person will manage the email/marketing calendar and process workflow, including QA, trigger and promotional campaigns, sending, and analysis.

What you’ll do:
- Manage the overall email calendar planning and strategy and day-to-day production processes of all email campaigns
- Test email opt-in campaigns and develop target audiences from our email database
- Build, monitor, and improve email marketing performance by combining audience, content, and automation strategy
- Develop and manage nurture flows for prospects and customers across the customer lifecycle.
- Strategize new campaign ideas and A/B testing opportunities to further engage members
- Develop and manage a testing strategy to establish best practices and continuously optimize email, templates, landing pages, lists, and campaigns
- Analyze email campaign reports, and optimize future communications to drive performance and engagement
- Work with cross-functional partners across social, digital, and brand marketing to align calendars and ensure quality and consistency of voice and content across channels
Who you are:
- You have 5 years’ experience working with an Email Service Provider (ESP), with a deep knowledge of the toolset and data flows, managing email campaigns, and reporting on results
- Hubspot experience preferred but not required
- You know how to perform customer segmentation and personalization to bring the right message to the right customer at the right time
- You understand how to develop email best practices and the role of email marketing in user retention
- You have previous CRM experience and a basic understanding of HTML
- You are data-driven and can perform A/B testing at every stage of the email marketing process to drive efficiency and improve campaigns
- You are a strategic and creative thinker and like to challenge how content is shared and emails are used for different audiences
- You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, growing environment
- You have strong prioritization, organization, project management, and communication skills
- You have experience with evaluating metrics of email performance, making recommendations based on data, and presenting results and learnings to stakeholders

Qualifications
Basic Requirements (not exhaustive):
- 5 years of experience working with an Email Service Provider (ESP), possessing deep knowledge in toolsets and data flows, managing email campaigns, and expertise in reporting on results.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Public Relations, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related field.
- Familiarity with HubSpot is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Proficiency in executing customer segmentation and personalization strategies, ensuring the delivery of the right message to the right customer at the optimal time.
- A comprehensive understanding of developing email best practices and the significance of email marketing in user retention.
- Prior experience in CRM, along with a basic understanding of HTML.
- A data-driven approach that can conduct A/B testing throughout the email marketing process, aiming to enhance efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
- Strategic and creative thinking capabilities, with a penchant for innovating how content is shared and utilizing emails for diverse audiences.
- An aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving work environment.
- Strong skills in prioritization, organization, project management, and communication.
- Experience in evaluating email campaign metrics, formulating data-based recommendations, and presenting results and insights to stakeholders.
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
