We are searching for local, highly gifted, experienced, and dedicated Reservationist for our Sports & Entertainment division whose performance is exemplary and their standards for service exceeds everyday expectations!
Responsibilities and Duties
Provides 5 Star Guest Service to current and future Sports & Entertainment guests.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Exceptional Sales Experience both client-facing and telephonic sales a plus
- Previous Reservation & Guest Services Experience
- Smartphone/tablet/technology savvy
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Must be 21 years or older (Not Montana or Hawaii)
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent. College degree preferred
- Work schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 11am to 7pm during weekdays, 9am to 5pm on Saturday

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Ability to and proven track record of development and management of FBO and Hotel sales
and service effectively and successfully
• Ability to work individually or within a team environment
• Ability to perform sales and operations for both local and national locations
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Ability to maintain and project professional behaviors towards guests and associates
• Ability to work in varying environments, such as indoors and outdoors
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License (as mandated by state and location) with good driving
history is required
• Must meet residency requirements that allow working in the United States
• High School Diploma or equivalent - 4 Year College Degree Preferred
• Proof of Auto Insurance/Insurability
• Must be a self-starter and proactive
• Excellent guest service skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
