We are seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Travel Operations Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing the operational aspects of your travel bookings, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :
Travel Booking Management : Coordinate and manage travel bookings for clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, activities, and other travel-related services.
Client Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized assistance, addressing inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the booking process.
Supplier Relations : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, vendors, and partners to secure competitive rates, negotiate contracts, and access exclusive deals and promotions.
Operations Oversight : Oversee all aspects of travel operations, including reservation management, itinerary preparation, documentation processing, and quality assurance to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
Sales and Commissions : Drive sales growth and revenue generation through proactive promotion of travel packages, upselling opportunities, and commissionable add-on services, maximizing earnings potential.
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, suppliers, and team members.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in managing travel bookings and operations.
- Must be 18 Years of age and legally authorized to work in your country
- Proficiency in travel booking systems, reservation platforms, and related technology tools.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for travel and a drive to exceed targets and goals.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, while also collaborating effectively with team members.
