In this role you will play a key role in overseeing and managing the operational aspects of your travel bookings ensuring efficiency accuracy and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :
Travel Booking Management : Coordinate and manage travel bookings for clients including flights accommodations transportation activities and other travelrelated services.
Client Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients providing personalized assistance addressing inquiries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the booking process.
Supplier Relations : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers vendors and partners to secure competitive rates negotiate contracts and access exclusive deals and promotions.
Operations Oversight : Oversee all aspects of travel operations including reservation management itinerary preparation documentation processing and quality assurance to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
Sales and Commissions : Drive sales growth and revenue generation through proactive promotion of travel packages upselling opportunities and commissionable addon services maximizing earnings potential.
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients suppliers and team members.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in managing travel bookings and operations.
- Must be 18 Years of age and legally authorized to work in your country
- Proficiency in travel booking systems reservation platforms and related technology tools.
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a passion for travel and a drive to exceed targets and goals.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while also collaborating effectively with team members.
