Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant position available in the SE area of Massachusetts - 20 min from Providence, RI, 1 hour from Boston, 30 min from Cape Cod
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Clinic based - no hospital duties
- Multispecialty group
- Full time perm position - Mon-Fri 8 : 30-5 with no night, weekend, or holiday call
- Area of MA has a disproportionate prevalence of diabetes compared to the rest of MA
- Office duties include diabetic teaching, initiation of oral / insulin therapy, management of hyper / hypoglycemic states, chronic diabetic care, and management of thyroid conditions
- Team consists of 3 Fellowship trained Physicians and 1 other APP
- EMR used is eClinicalworks in clinic
- Salary based on exp with generous benefits, periodic performance reviews for productivity bonuses and annual salary increases
