Digital Marketing Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY
GSI Management Group, LLC is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to play a key role in managing and enhancing our online presence. This role will focus on web listing management, review management, content creation & SEO, and pay-per-click (PPC) campaign optimization. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure our digital footprint is consistent, accurate, and optimized across all platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Web Listing Management (SOCi, Google My Business, Yelp, Sparefoot, Apple Maps)

Ensure the accuracy of business listings (phone number, address, website, photography) across all platforms.

Onboard new properties by creating Google My Business (GMB) pages and integrating them with SOCi.

Claim and manage unowned listings from aggregators.

Optimize Google Business Profile (GBP) by building out products, services, and Q&A sections.

Update map pins and directions to ensure accurate navigation, especially for properties with multiple entrances.

Manage the addition of new location pages and oversee updates on Swivl.
Review Management

Develop and maintain a content calendar for GMB updates to ensure consistent engagement.

Monitor and respond to negative reviews, collaborating with Regional Managers (RMs) to determine appropriate responses.

Share reviews with the Contact Center to proactively engage with tenants.

Maintain a Shared Tracker to distribute reviews to the field, contact center, and team.
Content Creation & SEO

Write and manage blog content (5-10 hours per week) focused on driving SEO traction.

Conduct keyword research and collaborate with the SEO team on internal and external linking strategies.

Identify external link-building opportunities and reach out to publishers to enhance domain authority.
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Management

Update and optimize ad copy and keywords for ongoing campaigns.

Export and analyze PPC campaign data to identify areas for improvement.

Adjust campaign budgets in alignment with the Director of Marketings direction.

Compile data for monthly performance meetings for Go Store It and BlueGate.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Regional Managers and the Contact Center to align digital marketing efforts with business goals.

Contribute to broader marketing initiatives and special projects as needed.

Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies competitive.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Required Skills & Experience:

2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, content creation, and PPC management.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience with web listing platforms such as SOCi, Google My Business, Yelp, Sparefoot.

Familiarity with SEO tools and techniques, including keyword research and link-building strategies.

Experience with PPC management tools (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).

Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms.
Education:
