Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and proactive Part-Time Security & Maintenance Associate to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for safeguarding our property and maintaining a clean, functional, and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable juggling security oversight with light maintenance duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Security Duties:
- Regularly patrol and monitor the premises to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized access.
- Inspect doors, windows, gates, and other access points to confirm they are secure.
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and unusual activity.
- Report and document any incidents or safety concerns.
Maintenance Duties:
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as painting, equipment repairs, and minor plumbing or electrical fixes.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for more advanced maintenance needs.
- Keep accurate maintenance logs and communicate completed tasks to the management team.
- Assist with general upkeep of the property, ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
Team Support:
- Provide assistance with facility operations as needed.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a maintenance and/or security role preferred.
