Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and proactive Part-Time Security & Maintenance Associate to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for safeguarding our property and maintaining a clean, functional, and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable juggling security oversight with light maintenance duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Duties:

• Regularly patrol and monitor the premises to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized access.
• Inspect doors, windows, gates, and other access points to confirm they are secure.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and unusual activity.
• Report and document any incidents or safety concerns.

Maintenance Duties:

• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as painting, equipment repairs, and minor plumbing or electrical fixes.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for more advanced maintenance needs.
• Keep accurate maintenance logs and communicate completed tasks to the management team.
• Assist with general upkeep of the property, ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.

Team Support:

• Provide assistance with facility operations as needed.
• Support a collaborative and safety-conscious workplace culture.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a maintenance and/or security role preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Physically able to perform manual tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
