Seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to function as a highly skilled person with specific responsibilities that include:
-Assist with configuring ServiceNow PSDS to meet the specific requirements.
-Maintain integration between ServiceNow & external apps.
-Provide support for ongoing & recurring IT Security audits of system.
-Solution development in the ServiceNow platform.
-ServiceNow/Service Catalog item development.
-Consult with program/project mgt. to develop appropriate technical solutions/requirements and/or design review sessions.
Contract position: through 6-30-25/will be extended beyond.
Work location: Columbus, OH.
Experience:
-Ability to design and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform that satisfy business requirements communicated in writing and/or verbally.
-Ability to troubleshoot/debug issues in existing applications.
-Ability to troubleshoot/debug platform issues using the System Logs and/or debugging tools.
-Ability to use various browser-based debugging tools (ex: Chrome, IE, Firefox).
-Ability to conduct demos with client stakeholders & elicit feedback.
-Ability to work in an agile project mgt. environment.
-Possess excellent communication skills; both oral & written skills including strong meeting & work session skills.
-Handling data conversion including but not limited to data integration (real time and batch) mapping, transformations, bulk data import/export, mass updates, cutover plan, exception handling.
Required experience:
-At least 5yrs of ServiceNow development exp. using server & client-side API s
-At least 5yrs of ServiceNow development exp. using Forms, Workflows & Service Portals
-At least 3yrs of role/group-based ACLs configuration and debugging
-At least 2yrs. exp. building custom workflows
-At least 2yrs of Service Portal development
(e.g. Widgets, Service Portal Pages & AngularJS)
-At least 2yrs of general IT exp. with consulting exp. preferred
Desired:
-ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
-ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
-ITIL V3 Foundations Certification
