Renovation Specialist

Currently GOAT Construction is looking for a Renovation Specialist to work along with our renovation teams. Successful candidates must be eager to learn and grow quickly into the role of crew leader. Must be skilled and experienced in home renovation, repair and remodeling including drywall repair, trim carpentry, installing doors and hardware, appliance installation, interior and exterior painting and general home repairs.

Must have a proven track record of 3 years experience in home renovation and remodeling with solid references.

Basic qualifications for Skilled Trades is as follows:

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs and ladders
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug screen
