About the Role
GoAudience is seeking an experienced Account Executive - This role presents a unique opportunity in driving our growth and establishing GoAudience as a leader in marketing solutions for eCommerce brands and agencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the marketing or technology sector, with demonstrable experience working with online DTC brands and eCommerce platforms.
As an Account Executive, you will use your strategic social selling skills to educate prospective customers on the benefits and value of GoAudience. You will serve as a trusted advisor, share insights and continually seek opportunities for growth to make your customers as strong and successful as possible.
We are looking for individuals who are driven by customer success, have a solutions-oriented mindset, and possess an insatiable curiosity for innovation in marketing technology. Your primary focus will be bringing on new SME customers and leveraging your skills in pitching, negotiating, and driving internal processes to set up our partnerships for success.
Responsibilities :
- Execute the full sales cycle
- Identify and contact prospects to build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships
- Account Planning : You will lead with a data-driven approach to identify and reach out to potential customers who are likely to benefit from GoAudiences products. Analyze market landscapes, trends, and dynamics to translate high-level plans into targeted sales activities.
- Managing Pipeline Revenue Growth : You will manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, sales activity using Hubspot for maximum efficiency and visibility
- Customer Centric : You will leverage compelling storytelling and vision transfer, to guide customers on a journey that feels personalized and right for them.
- Be a product expert : Exhibit a deep love for GoAudience products and an ability to sell data driven solutions that address customers’ unique problems. You will gather customer feedback and convey market needs to inform the Product roadmap and provide insights that strengthen our value proposition and enhance the customer experience
- Event Participation : Support the sales team in organizing and attending industry events, webinars, and conferences to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Foster long-term relationships : Recognize the value of building long-term relationships and strive to create lasting partnerships both with customers and internal cross functional teams (Marketing, Product, Eng, Post-Sales, Customer Success). Notes :
- Full-time.
- Hybrid, 3 days in-person : Monday, Tuesday & Thursday (If there is an office setup in your city)
- You will be eligible for benefits in accordance with the company's benefits plans which will include health benefits, PTO, and Parental Leave
- Compensation : $120K-$150K total OTE & Stock Options
