Job description
We are looking for a energetic computer savvy Receptionist/Accounting assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Receptionist/Accounting assistant include providing support to our accounting department, assisting in daily office needs and general administrative activities, including answering the phones. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools like MS office 365, Excel and computer equipment. If you have previous experience and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize, Research and Enter phone messages
- Write and distribute email, phone message memos,
- Provide basic IT support with help from our IT provider
- Assist with processing vendor bills and credits
- Follow office policies and procedures
- Maintain contact lists
Skills
- Strong phone and computer skills a must !!
- Proficiency in MS Office 365
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant will be a plus
