- Serve as an advocate for all children and youth.
- Manage the implementation planning, development, and evaluation of the Parents as Teachers program.
- Support families in seeking appropriate resources when needed based on the results of screenings. This includes developing knowledge and collaboration of community resources and other county agencies to assist parents with appropriate referrals and services.
