- Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness
- Provide clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval of documents
- Assist attorneys with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience is preferred. Salary commensurate with experience.
- Provide assistance in corporate and business law
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in transcribing and proofreading legal documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with legal terminology and processes
