Position Summary
The System Support Specialist supports our client registration and service software, is responsible for partner agency software membership recruitment and training, data quality, compliance monitoring, and follows the guidance of the Service Insights Manager to continue the regional rollout of the client intake and data collection software.
Essential Duties/Functions:
- Coordinate with agencies and internal team members to schedule and deliver software and hardware as needed to support the project rollout plan
- Create and maintain up to date training materials.
- Deliver and track online/webinars, videos, and in-person demonstrations and training sessions
- Assist agencies with administrative software setup of users, categories, and reports
- Respond to user software and hardware support requests in a friendly and timely manner
- Review data quality, evaluate program compliance, identify inconsistencies, and effectively communicate findings with improvement recommendations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with emphasis on Excel reports, lookup, reference, text functions and ability to summarize large amounts of data.
- Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and or database management
- Project task and detail oriented
- Willingness to conduct same-day travel within God’s Pantry Food Bank’s 50-county service area (company vehicle provided).
- Ability to troubleshoot software usage issues from agency users
- Ability to plan and facilitate successful community meetings or events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in software support and training, adult education, business, communication, or information technology.
- Project Management experience preferred.
