What your future day will look like:
Client Relationship and Growth
- Research, strategize, organize, and collaborate with clients and industry experts in developing creative marketing plans and specific timelines for maximizing brand awareness.
- Lead account coordinators and client marketing teams in the execution and implementation of marketing tactics.
- Maintain brand consistency and market/competitive analysis to provide industry expertise with multiple clients.
- Attend business conferences and/or trade shows when applicable.
- Manage fiscal responsibility for client budgets allocated to the company, while monitoring job costs and growing overall account profitability
- Provides forecasts for each client per the requirements of the company
- Provide an integral part of the annual planning and strategies for brand positioning and key messaging.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, events, journalism, or related field, and/or commiserate experience
- Prior experience managing creative content, digital projects, public relations, social media, and/or event projects
- The ability to manage timelines & budgets for multi-channel strategies/projects with prioritization management across multiple clients
- Required 7-10 years of Account Service or Project Management experience with creative agency OR corporate marketing in the firearms industry.
