What your future day will look like:
• Responsible for AP, AR and bookkeeping functions
• Reviews documents for accuracy: statements, invoices, and agreements
• Record transactions, reconciling bank statements and preparing bank deposits
• Process sales and use tax and annual 1099 filings
• Handle communications with suppliers and customers
• Assist administrative duties

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
• 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in QuickBooks Desktop
• Associate Degree in accounting preferred
• Clean background and credit check
