Client Intake and Consultation.
Claim Investigation : Thoroughly investigate the accident scene, gather evidence like medical records, witness statements, and employment documents to support the claim.
Communication with Insurance Companies.
Medical Expert Consultation : Work with medical professionals to understand the extent of injuries and obtain necessary medical documentation.
Legal Research and Advocacy : Stay updated on South Carolina workers' compensation laws and case precedents.
Case Management : Maintain detailed case files, track deadlines, and keep clients informed about the progress.

To be a champion in this role, you will need :
1-2 years of experience a plus
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in South Carolina
Strong understanding of South Carolina Workers' Compensation laws and regulations
Experience in litigation and courtroom advocacy
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to build strong client relationships and manage client expectations
