Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage Service Operations:
Oversee daily operations of the residential HVAC service department, ensuring high-quality service delivery, scheduling efficiency, and technician productivity. - Sales-Driven Leadership:
Actively drive and manage sales growth by identifying and implementing strategies to promote maintenance agreements, system upgrades, and replacement solutions to customers. - Team Leadership and Development:
Train, coach, and mentor service technicians, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service while maximizing sales opportunities. - Customer Engagement:
Ensure all customers receive top-tier service, clearly explaining HVAC system performance, potential issues, and offering relevant service options or sales upgrades. - Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Ensure all HVAC services meet company quality standards and comply with local regulations and safety requirements. - Cross-Department Collaboration:

Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in residential HVAC service and sales.
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in an HVAC service management role.
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Sales-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to close sales and exceed revenue goals.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage, train, and mentor a team of HVAC technicians.
- Proficiency in using service management software and reporting tools.
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background and drug screen upon offer of employment
