Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with VMI vendors to streamline stock management, ensuring all necessary items are available and minimizing external purchases.
- Generate precise purchase orders by comparing requested items against the price book, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate PAR levels by working closely with management and monitoring zero-dollar purchase offers within your branch.
- Partner with accounts payable to resolve any discrepancies in purchase order exceptions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the purchasing process and ensure consistent inventory management standards.
- Keep your work area organized, meet company standards of punctuality and appearance, and support internal communication needs with precision.
- Maintain accurate PAR levels across departments.
- Keep outside VMI purchases under 5%.
- Minimize or eliminate zero-dollar purchase offers.

- Proven experience in purchasing or related roles. 1-2 years' experience strongly preferred
- SERVICETITAN EXPERIENCE STRONGLY PREFERRED
- Experience with cycle counts, inventory counts and EXCEL strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and other business software tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative and a team player, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform local travel as needed.
