Goetz Insurance Agency, Inc looking for motivated, detailed-oriented Licensed Insurance Agency Sales / Customer Service Representatives with outstanding customer service skills for our Agency. We are a small family owned business that is looking to expand!
Responsibilities:
• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels in order to achieve or exceed sales production goals
• Deliver customer service in line with the Retail Value Proposition.
• Provide quotations, pricing, and required information to new prospects and complete the sales process for each customer.
• Assist individuals, businesses and families select the most appropriate policies.
• Perform in/outside marketing activities to drive new customer opportunities.
• Maintain reports and records of insurance policies.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all company products, pricing, and policy features.
• Maintain regular contact and build a professional business relationship with your clients.
• Answer the telephone in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
• Minimum Requirements: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Casualty & Property Licensed. (Preferred)
• Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Sales experience is a plus but is not necessary
• Strong communications and customer service skills.
• Customer focused with strong relationship building skills
