What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Coordinator position at Goffa International Corp.?
This position is responsible for performing a variety of duties including data entry, drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments and managing daily office operations, speaking to customers on orders/payments/shipments. A successful candidate will be able to multi-task effectively, prioritize through a busy schedule and work well with an array of personalities. You will be asked to work with customers as needed in terms of sales orders, inventory checking, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and offering assistance
- Recommending products or merchandise to help customers
- Answering questions and addressing concerns
- Informing customers about sales, promotions and policies
- Organize and schedule customer orders.
- Answer telephone calls.
- Gather data.
- File documents.
- Maintain a database of contacts.
- Maintain records such as mailing lists, budgets, and financial information.
- Attend trade shows.
