Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• In-depth understanding of cross-border express business model, through the analysis of business indicators, refining business management experience, identify business pain points, link business operations and cross-border express operations, precipitation analysis framework, the formation of systematic analysis ideas;
• Apply various statistical analysis and data mining methods to establish models, track the core business indicators of the department, qualitative/quantitative analysis of the influencing factors of the indicators, provide effective targeted improvement plans; Carry out business daily operation indicators monitoring and business behavior special project analysis, locate business problems, mining valuable business improvement topics and decision-making suggestions, and regularly issue special project analysis reports;
• Based on industry situation and market trend research, combined with their own business analysis experience, establish standardization Benchmarking analysis framework, and put forward constructive suggestions for the improvement direction of indicators.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Mathematics, Finance, Statistics and other related majors, with a bachelor's degree or above;
• Relevant experience in business data analytics and indicator design and business model construction in the field of cross-border logistics and cross-border e-commerce is preferred;
• Familiar with Excel, master SQL, PYTHON;
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
