Duties

• Manage incoming calls and communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze transportation routes and schedules to optimize efficiency.
• Utilize GPS technology for route planning and tracking.
• Coordinate fleet management activities to ensure proper vehicle maintenance and availability.
• Input data into internal systems for tracking shipments and managing logistics.
• Monitor freight movement and address any issues that may arise during transit.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall dispatch operations.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
• Proven experience in dispatching or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions quickly.
• Familiarity with GIS systems and GPS technology is a plus.
• Knowledge of transportation planning principles and fleet management practices.
• Proficient in using software for logistics management, and in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
