Lead Spray Technician/Business Development Manager

New, fast-growing, all natural spray tan business looking for a mature, health & beauty industry experienced professional with proven business development experience and acumen.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is essential for driving growth and expanding our market presence.

This individual, in coordination with the owner, will lead and coordinate a team of spray tan technicians while also working to expand the business in Chapel Hill and the greater Triangle area.

If successful, the opportunity for expanded responsibility exists.

The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in sales, strategic planning, and business development. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and enhancing our customer relationship management processes.

Experience

• No spray tan experience necessary, just a passionate drive and willingness to learn the goGLOW way!
• Proven experience in business development or sales management roles.
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Positive Team leadership experience a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 10 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:
