What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Retail Team Member position at GoGo Refill?
Job Summary
Are you passionate about living sustainably and enthusiastic about working on a fun team? This position will play a very important role in making our weekends at the shop and at Farmers Markets/Pop Ups seamless! The right candidate will hold a valid drivers license and will have reliable transportation. This is a seasonal/part time, weekend position (Friday-Sunday; 18 hours).
Duties include:
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Helping our customers achieve their low-waste goals
- Keeping refill area full & clean
- Demonstrating understanding of all refill products
- Opening & closing tasks
- Completes tasks from Sr. Retail assoc & Manager
- Keeps kitchen clean & dishes done
- Keep floor & refill area stocked/clean
- Checks Inventory & updates order board
Qualifications:
- Extremely personable
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable
- Enthusiastic about living low waste
- Highly organized
- Works well independently as well as in a team environment
- Retail experience is a plus, but not required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 18 per week
