We're seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as a GovTech Onboarding Expert! As a key member of our customer success team, you'll play a crucial role in our mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You'll work closely with new and existing customers to configure our products and train their staff on how to use our software. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you'll provide timely and effective onboarding and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remotely train and onboard new customers
- Provide technical support via email and phone
- Work with product and engineering teams on customer feedback and product releases
- Conduct annual account reviews with customers
Qualifications:
- Project management skills, highly organized
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- Tech savvy, learns quickly, and attention to detail
- Outgoing and great phone presence
- 2 years of related or professional office experience preferred
