You'll work closely with our product and engineering teams to identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring seamless onboarding and optimal product usage. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you'll provide timely and effective technical support via email and phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remotely train and onboard new customers
- Provide technical support via email and phone
- Work with product and engineering teams on customer feedback and product releases
- Conduct annual account reviews with customers
Qualifications:
- Project management skills, highly organized
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- Tech savvy, learns quickly, and attention to detail
- Outgoing and great phone presence
- 2 years of related or professional office experience preferred
