Hybrid : Full Time Position - Work from home and Client sites in NY Metro Area
We are looking for an intelligent, curious, and driven on-site IT Pro. In this client facing position, the candidate will provide expert level remote and onsite support for our clients’ most critical IT operations. She or he will ensure reliable operation of clients’ production environments. This cross-discipline position requires troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving complex hardware and / or software issues. This position requires cloud, VM, PC, and network infrastructure support experience. The candidate should have a passion to work assigned issues to a successful resolution, be detail oriented and accustomed to follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
This individual must be very familiar with the Microsoft Ecosystem, especially with Intune, Entra, Conditional Access and MDM. They must have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and at least 3 years' experience providing support as a level 2 Escalation Tech.
