Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Landscape Foreman to oversee and manage landscape crews on various residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, passionate about landscaping, and committed to delivering outstanding service to our clients. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers on-site, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and safely
- Ensure that landscaping projects meet the GoGreen standards for quality and sustainability
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of landscaping projects, including plant installations, hardscaping, irrigation systems, and maintenance services
- Train and mentor team members in best practices, safety protocols, and company procedures
- Maintain accurate records of time, materials, and work completed
- Communicate directly with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Ensure proper maintenance and care of landscaping tools and equipment
- Promote a positive and cooperative team environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in landscaping
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant care, irrigation systems, and hardscaping
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various outdoor conditions
- Landscape or horticulture certification is a plus
