GOJET AIRLINES - TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST
LOCATION : St. Louis Headquarters, St. Louis, MO
GoJet Airlines' Talent Acquisition Department is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to support the operational and strategic goals of the company. This includes managing full-cycle recruitment, fostering relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with hiring policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :
Required :
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality with candidate and company information.
- Willingness to relocate to the St. Louis area.
