You will engage with prospective candidates through various sourcing methods, emphasizing the significance of security and the career opportunities within this dynamic and expanding industry. In this role, you will focus on recruiting for security officer positions while handling several HR administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities Include :
- Conducting phone screenings, interviews, and extending job offers.
- Maintaining personnel files and relevant documentation.
- Assisting with new hire training and orientation.
- Participating in job fairs to enhance recruitment outreach.
- Executing various HR and administrative duties.
- Providing support to the District Manager.
