About this position:
Assists customers in our lumber yard by understanding their needs, projects or dreams while serving them with top notch customer service. This is done by practicing good interpersonal skills and principles resulting in an exceptional customer satisfaction experience. The associate
will also cut lumber and other related materials the sizes requested by the customer, assist in loading product and unloading of incoming products.
You will be responsible for:
- Representing the store and company in a positive manner while promoting and exhibiting superior customer service
- Helping customers make informed purchases decisions while directing them to the location of products within the lumber yard
- Being a steward for a safe and healthy environment for our customers and employees • Assisting customers with locating products, cutting to size as requested and loading product into their vehicle
- Materials movement within the lumber yard to include receiving, inventory organization and customer pick-ups
- Maintaining high standards for store appearance in your assigned areas • Embodying the company values and put customers first

Experience:
- High school diploma or GED

Requirements
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school or Vocational School Graduate
Ability to read, write and communicate proficiently in the English language.
Knowledge in the building materials, hardware related industry.
