Role:

You are responsible for marketing and showing properties, screening tenants, coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs, onboarding ten tenants, and signing leases. You will also handle rent collections and delinquencies, property inspections, lease renewals, and communications with tenants and property owners.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in property management
• Proficiency in CRM systems, AppFolio preferred but not required
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Effective negotiation and conflict management abilities
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to travel to property locations as needed
• Capable of moving or lifting necessary equipment
• Strong multitasking capabilities

License:

• A valid driver's license is required
• WA Real estate license preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

• Take the lead in managing a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring their smooth operation and tenant satisfaction.
• Prioritize a positive customer experience, focusing on the health and safety of residents and tenants.
• Enforce property rules and regulations fairly and consistently.
• Oversee and coordinate property repairs and maintenance to maintain quality standards.
• Skillfully manage property budgets to optimize financial performance.
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify and address issues promptly.
• Effectively post notices and communicate with residents regarding property updates.
• Stay well-informed about relevant property laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Develop innovative strategies to enhance revenue generation and overall property performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
