Barrett’s Quality Eats is seeking an experienced Front-of-House Service Manager to lead our team and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, welcoming dining experience. The Service Manager will work directly with Chef Cory Barrett and is accountable for all aspects of our guest experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire a front-of-house team dedicated to warm, attentive service
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction
• Train and mentor staff to uphold our high hospitality standards
• Collaborate with the kitchen for seamless service flow
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Manage reservations, floor plans, and special events coordination
• Monitor inventory, labor costs, and waste to maximize efficiency and control costs
• Uphold health, safety, and service quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• A natural leader with at least 2 years of restaurant management experience
• Strong knowledge of hospitality best practices and guest service etiquette
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Passion for food, wine, and creating memorable guest experiences
• Experience in cost control strategies, including labor and inventory management

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
