We are a well-established but growing medical and cosmetic dermatology practice. We are looking for a practice manager to lead our growing team while over seeing day-to-day operations. We are looking for a practice manager who will implement growth strategies to achieve sales goals and optimize profitability.
This person is an energetic leader who can perform well in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask to the satisfaction of high-end clients. The manager will evaluate the current processes for opportunities to improve, hold team members accountable for high-level accuracy, impeccable customer service, and encourage a positive, team-centric environment.

Operations:
• Maintain an up-to-date version of the Office Procedure Manual and ensure compliance.
• Must be able to make quick and accurate decisions to handle patient issues with the utmost care
• Develop and maintain literature, documentation, and process handling requirements.
• Attend Management meetings and convey all relevant information throughout the office.
• Hold regular staff meetings and use memos, postings, and direct communication to keep staff updated on all office operations.
• Ensure equipment is maintained in good working order.
• Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and providers.
• Minimize or eliminate losses through negligence with monitoring programs.
• Manage inventory effectively; follow purchasing standards; ensure compliance.
• Authorize annual leave for all staff, accommodating requested annual leave where applicable, ensuring that company demands and bookings are met.
• Maintains a working knowledge of industry trends and products.
• Ensure consistent and timely opening and closing of the office, ensuring the security of the office facility at the close of each day in line with company requirements.
• Implement ongoing skills training to ensure service standards are being upheld.
• Monitor appointments and bookings and highlight any problems or troughs in business.
Staffing & Human Resources:
• Develop a Recruitment Kit for effective recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Develop Value Packed Proposals and maintain internal staff retention programs.
• Implement ongoing skills training to ensure service standards are being upheld.
• Monitor Job Descriptions and Staff Goals Planning
• Perform Staff Evaluation Reports with proposed action plans.
• Effectively administer and monitor staff schedule.
• Demonstrate exceptional professionalism for the staff to emulate and create a motivating environment.
• Provide an annual personal development plan meeting with all spa staff.
Financial:
• Interpret Financial Reports and provide expertise on (projected) Revenue vs. Expenses.
• Project and maintain acceptable payroll commitments.
• Use financial plans for spotting trends, measuring productivity, and monitoring progress.
• Control ongoing service and product margin analysis to ensure profitability. Implement opportunities for managing operational costs and boosting the bottom line.
• Develop procedures for accurate inventory control and monitoring.
• Implement full practice product and service purchasing standards and ensure compliance.
• Administer staff and patient scheduling for maximum revenue generation and profitability.
Marketing
• Oversee Marketing Strategy and ensure a consistent image is being portrayed.
