What are the responsibilities and job description for the Exercise Specialist position at Gold Coast Physical Therapy?
We are hiring Exercise Specialists for our outpatient physical therapy centers in Palm Beach County. Exercise specialists will work alongside the physical therapy care team guiding patients through therapeutic movements to support their rehabilitation journey.
Individuals with a bachelors degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or a related field as well as individuals with Strength & Conditioning (CSCS) and/or Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) certifications are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist physical therapists and physical therapist assistants in executing exercise-based treatment plans
· Instruct and monitor patients to ensure proper form and safety
· Track progress and adjust exercises as needed
